Bathtub Sayings

This morning I was brushing my teeth...yes I do that, and I was giving Grayci a bath. This is what I overheard her saying:

I'm not playing this game anymore! You better stop that right now! If you don't go to your room right now, you will get a swat when dad gets home!

I was busting up! I couldn't help but chuckle to myself. I also thought that I need to really stop and think about the things I say to my kids BEFORE I say them. I wonder if they laugh at me just as I was laughing when Grayci was saying it???

I love it when kids repeat the things we say, it kind of keeps me in check, cause when I hear my sweet little ones saying things that I say when I'm upset, it gives me a new perspective on it. I love kids, what would we do without them;o)

How funny...little Grayci is getting so big. I love being a fly on the wall sometimes and listening to my kids.

That was too funny! Dont' you just love it when they repeat what we say but they have the SAME tone in their voice and everything! They really are little mini-me's!

That is so funny! Kara told me tonight to stop being so sarcastic! These kids are so great, they really keep us working to be better don't they.
You should post more often. =)

Once when Tyler was little He did something wrong, I cant remember what. I looked at him and said
" Tyler do you know what is going to happen if you keep doing that"? He said "yeah, you are going to beat the butt" I dont even know where he got that. We have never told him we were going to beat his butt. We always use time out. I remember trying not to laugh when he said it but it was just so funny and puzzeling at the same time. Glad to see you have posted some new bloggs. It was good to see your family on Halloween.
